The home and apartments are the perfect combination of comfy & homely, peaceful and refined with impeccable attention to detail.

Love the convenience of a home cooked breakfast with fresh squeezed juices, smoothie ingredients and full spread of options or hot meal menu (halloumi option is out of this world!). Really helps to be able to grab a piece of fruit or a yoghurt for the office, or to buy snacks from the bar if you need. Michelle is always friendly and accommodating- whether I need to borrow a phone charger or get headache tablet, she’s always there with a smile.

Always feel relaxed and happy leaving here, no other place in Joburg I’d rather stay on my trips. Highly recommended

Booking 58 On Hume was a brilliant idea and just what we needed. It was absolutely wonderful to come "home" to a serene, beautiful garden and such tastefully appointed amenities. We also loved the dogs who became our best friends. 58 On Hume is located within minutes of key areas of Joburg yet sitting by the pool, with only the sound of the huge variety of birds, it was hard not to imagine you were miles from everything. We walked around the block a few times to get some exercise and thoroughly enjoyed the entire suburb. There is a wonderfully equipped Gym on the property but we loved the walk and the fresh air and seeing all the beautiful homes in the area. The central location in Dunkeld meant that with a car we were minutes from Rosebank, Hyde Park, Sandton, Parktown, Illovo and more. For us it was a perfect location. The rooms are wonderfully spacious, the garden Flat accommodated all our needs doubling as our home and our office - especially the little private courtyard which allowed us to work outside under the shade of the... I choose this guesthouse because of the sanctuary feeling against busy workdays, the great service but also because of all business people who - like me - appreciate the atmosphere. I take long runs and walks in the beautiful residential area with the stunning trees. The Rosebank shopping mall, and good restaurants close by.
